BECKY BIRCH
DNP, FNP-C
Becky Birch received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Utah.
She grew up in Duchesne, Utah. Becky has been a nurse for over 20 years. She is proud to have built the first medical spa, Adara Aesthetics, in the basin. As a EvexiPEL certified provider, she specializes in bio identical hormone replacement therapy. Her practice incorporates the latest techniques in regenerative medicine using Platelet Rich Plasma for skin rejuvenation, urinary incontinence and sexual optimization and dysfunction.
At Adara Aesthetics, we provide several aesthetic services such as weight loss management, neurotoxin, Dermal Fillers, Micro-Needling, laser treatments, PDO
threads and many more. Our passion at Adara Aesthetics is helping others look and feel their best from the inside out.
Becky is married and has two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family traveling, boating, biking and hiking.
CANDACE LEWIS
RN
Candace Lewis has been a registered nurse for 16 years, the last 12 years she has been a labor and delivery nurse. She truly has a passion for helping and caring for people. She has always had interest in aesthetics and is excited to be able to integrate her nursing skills with medical and cosmetic aesthetics. Her goal is to make every client feel their very best. She is married and has two beautiful girls. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family. She loves boating, camping, crossfit, cooking and traveling. She is so excited to be part of the Adara team. She has a flexible schedule and is available by appointment.
SARA JANE REARY
RN
Sara is a registered nurse and truly has a passion for helping people. She has worked as a recovery/same day surgery nurse for the past 11 years and has such a passion for the cosmetic and restorative part of nursing. Sara absolutely loves helping patients feel beautiful And confidant and treats her patients more like family. She loves to travel and lay in the sun, and has an addiction of buying sunglasses. Sara is married to a wonderful man Lucas Reary and they have 3 beautiful children together!
Aspyn O'Dell
Master Esthetician
Aspyn O’Dell is a licensed Master Esthetician who graduated from The Skin Institute in St. George, Utah in December 2023. She’s passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin and loves creating customized treatments to fit each client’s unique needs.

Aspyn’s friendly, down-to-earth vibe makes her easy to talk to, and she’s all about making sure you feel relaxed and cared for during your visit. When she’s not in the spa, you’ll likely find her traveling, going to concerts, or out on the lake boating with friends and family.
Kayla
Kayla has been working at the front desk here at Adara for almost two years now. She love seeing each clients smiling face as they walk through our doors each and every day. She moved to vernal 12 years ago from California, and married her high school sweetheart in 2017. They stay busy raising their beautiful little girls Ellie & Everly.
Their family loves camping and fishing, and if they're not doing that they're at a softball field somewhere cheering on their girls
Mercedez
Master Esthetician
Mercedez is passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. She began her esthetics journey at Cameo College of Essential Beauty, graduating in November of 2022. She values both relaxation and results in her treatments, creating personalized experiences tailored to each client’s unique skin needs and goals. When she’s not in the treatment room, Mercedez is spending time with her beautiful baby boy and embracing life as a new mom. She believes that great skincare starts with care, connection, and consistency.
